Clayton, Ohio – Number Nine on the List
Next up is Clayton, boasting a population of 13,293. With a median home value of $182,000 and rent at $1,161, Clayton offers a rural vibe. Approximately 82% of the population owns property, earning it a B+ for employment opportunities.
Tip City, Ohio – Number Eight
Coming in at number eight is Tip City, home to 10,266 residents. The median home value here is $222,600, with a rent of $881. Tip City has a sparse suburban feel, and 88.1% of the population owns their property. Employment opportunities are solid, with an A- rating.

Springboro, Ohio – Number Four on the List

Centerville, Ohio – Number Three
