Marion’s Piazza has been a favorite place in Dayton for pizza since 1965. It was started by a man named Marion Glass who wanted to create a special spot that felt like an Italian courtyard, which he called a “piazza.” This place isn’t just about eating pizza; it’s about spending time with family and making fun memories.
When I was younger, my family and I would go to Marion’s Piazza on Friday nights. It was always busy and full of other families. We loved the unique Dayton-style pizza, which is cut into small squares and perfect for sharing. My favorite memories are of playing arcade games with my brother and sister while we waited for our pizza. These fun times make Marion’s really special to me, even though I also like newer pizza places that serve different styles of pizza.
Marion’s has grown and now has nine locations where people can go to enjoy a meal and have a good time. They serve not only pizza but also big sandwiches, salads, and pasta. It’s a place that brings people together, whether for a game night, birthday party, or just a regular family dinner.
