Additionally, we contemplated the removal of the washer and dryer, providing tenants the option to bring their own.

Moving through the property, we explored the family room, bedroom one with impressive built-in cabinets, and another living space leading to bedroom number two. The condition of the spaces was generally good, albeit requiring a thorough cleaning.

A significant undertaking lay in the bathroom, with outdated fixtures and a less-than-inviting tub. The plan involved electrical updates, replacing a non-functional light, and a comprehensive bathroom remodel, aiming to elevate its appeal and functionality.
