What started as a humble mobile kitchen has grown into two must-visit locations: one in Fairborn and another inside the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or taking a break from shopping, El Buen Taco delivers bold, authentic flavor every time.
This place has become a personal favorite of mine—and my son’s. We’ve made it our go-to spot at the mall, and let me tell you… those birria tacos? Absolute perfection.

This is the one I visit the most. When my son and I are at the mall, we don’t even have to ask—we both know we’re stopping for birria tacos. They’re always hot, packed with flavor, and that consommé dipping sauce? It takes things to another level.
